- There is a set time every week for the 45 minutes Zoom sessions
- Focuses on practical leadership and management principles and techniques
- Includes
- 3 x 45 minute Zoom live sessions as a group per month
- Each session will address one aspect of effective management
- Notes are sent out before the session
- Written tasks to be completed before the next session applying what was discussed in that session
- One Monthly one on one 15 minute session scheduled individually to discuss the completed tasks and what was learnt in the month
